Welcome to Loveline. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Loveline mobile app and related services (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Loveline. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
You own the content you create in Loveline, including moments, photos, voice memos, notes, and couple details. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, to sync your timeline with your partner and deliver the features you request. This license ends when you delete the content, subject to reasonable backup retention.
You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share, or that contains another person's personal information without their consent.

Loveline is designed for two people to share a timeline. Content you save in a couple is visible to your partner. When you remove a partner from a couple or delete the couple, their access to shared content ends, but copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
Some features may be offered as part of a paid subscription ("Loveline Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the platform's account settings. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not apply to the current billing period.
Loveline integrates with third-party services such as Spotify, Google Maps, and Supabase. Your use of those features is also subject to the providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
The Loveline name, logo, app design, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our written permission.
You can stop using Loveline at any time by deleting your account from inside the app or by emailing uniquekarki101@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the license you grant us to your content ends, subject to reasonable backup retention.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved indefinitely. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loveline and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $20.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app. Continued use of Loveline after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Loveline is based, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
