Privacy Policy

Loveline · Last updated: May 19, 2026

Loveline ("we", "our", "the app") helps couples build a shared timeline of their memories. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at uniquekarki101@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell personal information.

2. How we use your information

3. Who can see your content

Moments, photos, voice memos, and the timeline are shared with the partner you invite to your couple. Private notes are visible only to you. We do not make your content public. Loveline staff do not read your content except as strictly necessary to investigate a reported bug, abuse report, or legal request.

4. Where your data is stored

Data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase), which operates on infrastructure in the United States and Europe. Photos and voice memos are stored in private buckets and served via signed URLs. Backups are retained for a limited period for disaster recovery.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to correct, port, or object to processing of your data. Contact us at uniquekarki101@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

6. Children

Loveline is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for backups and private notes, hashed passwords, and row-level security rules on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party services

Loveline uses the following third-party services to provide features. Each has its own privacy policy.

8a. Advertising (free tier only)

Free-tier users can choose to watch short rewarded ads to unlock specific features (additional moments past the free limit, sharing a moment, or saving a moment to their device). These ads are served by Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads by default; AdMob may still collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or the iOS IDFA) and IP addresses to detect ad fraud, cap ad frequency, and serve ads. Loveline Pro subscribers do not see ads at all. For more on how Google handles this data, see policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app. Continued use of Loveline after an update means you accept the revised policy.
